We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Kits ship within 1–2 business days of your order; standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, email [email protected].

60-day guarantee

We want you to love making candles. If your kit arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with CN-) and a short note about the issue. We'll send return instructions within one business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives broken or missing, send a photo to [email protected] and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return needed for damaged glass.
